f the customer has concrete demand and requirement for the products, we will discuss with them and understand their needs. In this case, GREENLAND’s R&D center will give some inspiration and collect the design concepts for the customer.

Sometimes, the customer might not have a clear idea of the products. In this case, our R&D center will do the marketing research and deliver a trend report to inspire the customer and give them some design concepts.
2D DESIGN PROTOTYPE
Based on the design concept, the designer will start with the 2D design draft.

PREPARATION
Once the designer finishes the planar design prototype, another technical expert will determine all the details on the draft and transfer them on the technical sheet respectively including the exact fit, fabric materials and necessary technical processes. At the same time, necessary raw materials like fabric and accessories will be prepared
2D DESIGN PROTOTYPE
Based on the design concept, the designer will start with the 2D design draft.
PHYSICAL SAMPLES
After that, the physical samples will be made by the sample tailors
3D MODELS
At the same time, the 3D engineer will get the dimensions of the real patterns from the pattern technician and reproduce the digital patterns using these data. These digital patterns will be placed on the digital model and sewed together to create a 3D model. The fabric will be scanned by a professional scanner to generate the fabric surface and physical feature accurately
EXCHANGE & ADJUSTMENT
With the physical sample and 3D models, we will discuss with our customer and exchange the idea for some adjustments.
2ND ROUND SAMPLES
Then, a second-round physical sample will be produced by the tailors with some improvement to optimize the details for a better fit.
3D BANNERS AND VIDEO
Based on the improved pattern, we could make further marketing materials for you such as 3D models, banners, 3D videos and VR showroom to offer extra support for your marketing department.
